Job Description: Account Management team - One Connect

Are you looking to work with in a vibrant city centre location with excellent transport links nearby? If so we are looking for administrators with telephony experience working within the finance and banking sector.

Purpose of the role:

You will undertake a range of standardised processes from updating customer accounts, follow up emails, processing of documents, investigation of queries.

Key Requirements for the role:

Planning and organisational skills

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure our customer's needs are met

PC skills and software application

Proven ability to respond to changing work priorities

Excellent analytical skills, excellent understanding of excel. You will also have good communication and team working skills

Effectively undertake, in a timely manner, a range of standardised process which are generally routine in nature, e.g. routine reconciliation/maintenance of administration records.

Effectively answer queries of a general nature and provide relevant quality information to others.

Effectively compose/draft relevant correspondence for signature by others, except for that of a routine nature.

Produce relevant correspondence, often of standard format, competently using PC equipment/machines.

Effectively collate relevant information, undertaking research and timely, appropriate initial analysis.

Provide an effective point of reference for investigation of queries usually resolved, with appropriate incidence of referral, as measured by the level of customer satisfaction.

Working Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30, working 35 hours per week, £10.31 per hour, 33 days annual leave

You must be able to pass our client's pre-employment screening which includes a credit check and 2 years referencing.
