Job Description: Rullion Limited are currently recruiting on behalf of a large utilities company based in the North West for a Customer Advisor Specialist on a 6-month contract basis. We have been providing our client with experienced individuals for over 15 years helping to deliver a high number of projects within the Industry.

The role holder will be responsible for delivering accurate market data in line with the data improvement plan, prioritising MOSL identified or high settlement impacting issues by updating, amending or verifying market data. The role holder will ensure that checks are made in the market operating system that all transactions have been processed in accordance with market data flows or manually amend the data if there has been an exception created. They will adhere to strict deadlines for market participants and keep retailers updated at all key stages.

The role holder will identify any operational practice or processes that presents a risk to data quality and to OPS/MPS performance as well as Retailer satisfaction and will raise any such issue through the relevant escalation route. The role holder will work closely with the data cleanse team, the wider wholesale market services team and key external stakeholders including retailers and the Market Operator (MOSL) to investigate data issues and update market data in line with Wholesale policy and market processes. They will update all systems as required to support UUW to manage retailer expectations/satisfaction to reduce the likelihood of repeat contacts, escalations, complaints or disputes arising.

The role holder will keep themselves up to date with any changes within the market by ensuring that any changes to processes, workflows and market SLA's are read and understood or ask relevant questions to aid understanding. Any data divergences are to be monitored by the role holder and corrected to ensure that market data remains accurate and in line with the market operator systems (CMOS).

Knowledge and Skills
*Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to investigate the underlying causes of market transaction failures and successes
*Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications
*Ability to quickly develop knowledge of the Non-Household Market
*Proven planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
*Self-motivated and focus on delivering to tight targets and timescales
*Ability to quickly gain an understanding of CMOS configuration for Wholesale Assets
*Good communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to vary style when communicating with different audiences
*Good team player with the flexibility to go the extra mile to achieve important deadlines
*Strong commercial awareness to both internal company priorities and external market changes
*Ability to quickly develop knowledge of the following systems - OneMap, Analyse, Salesforce, CMOS, WALTO, ALTO, MECOMS Archive, OBI
*Supporting testing activities and live proving for Maintenance Releases
*Due to changing internal and external priorities we are working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate must be comfortable working to tight deadlines and with workload priorities that frequently change.

Desirable Criteria
*Experience of working within the water industry and with commercial customers.
*Minimum of 4 GCSE's (grade C or above) including Math's and English

Additional Information
*Ability to work between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and have flexibility within these times
