Job Description: Contact Centre – Team Leader

* Full-time, permanent

* £20,000 per annum

* 40 hours per week

* Washington

You will be responsible for a team of advisors and given the opportunity to make a difference to the business. The client is looking for a confident communicator who can drive a team to make quality improvements and maximise performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Driving a team to deliver exceptional customer service

* Ensuring team performance is maintained and maximised

* Supporting advisors daily with customers/calls & other issues

* Coaching and developing advisors to the highest standard

* Liaising with clients

* Understanding client requirements

* Monitoring attendance of your team

* Completing ‘Return to Work’ policies & procedures

* Assisting with recruitment; interviews, disciplinaries & grievances

* Setting targets and objectives for your team

Person Specification:

* Previous experience in similar role

* Team leader experience

* 3 years contact centre experience

* Excellent communication skills

* Flexible to work in a 7-day operation

* Good people management skills
