We are recruiting for a Agile Project Manager who is responsible for the project delivery of software solutions to end users, to agreed specification, time and budget. This role requires client stakeholder engagement and as such is suited to an Agile Project Manager that is currently external facing.

This company is an established provider process automation software and is a profitable and expanding business.

The key focus of the project manager is on delivering Business applications.

Essential for this role are a knowledge of Agile Software development processes, and experience working with local and distributed teams.

Scrum certification, and experience of agile methodologies such as SaFE or Kanban are desirable.

This role requires experience communicating, and managing relationships at CXO level

Your key responsibilities as a Agile Project Manager will be to:

* Deliver the contract including project accounting, invoicing, billing etc.

* Work cross functionality within the business and in collaboration with the customer to identify, manage and remedy any risks, issues, dependencies or blockers.

* Maintain a constant line of communication with the senior leadership team.

* Look beyond the bounds of team's working environment to solve problems, on a regular basis.

* Track the relevant project metrics. These are predominantly burn down charts, velocity reports, release planning and defect metrics.

* Communicate the team's output to internal and external stakeholder groups at demos.

* Report status and key metrics both to the wider organisation and back to the team as a feedback mechanism.

* Take responsibility of budget management including appropriate escalation, where required.

* Ensure project governance is adhered to and any remedial actions are completed in a timely fashion.

The Agile Project Manager job is perfect if you:

* Are a confident communicator, with both technical and non-technical people. Have the gravitas to inspire your teams and help coach and mentor less experienced members.

* Can confidently engage in challenging conversations with CXO level external stakeholders.

* Are comfortable working in a transforming environment where some teams work agile and others work to other methodologies such as waterfall.

* Make customer-oriented decisions and share great stories of exceptional customer service.

* Create a development environment that is creative, safe, productive and supportive and enables multi-direction collaboration.

* Can help the product owners understand and adhere to scrum techniques and practices while ensuring consistent, sustainable delivery.

* Can facilitate various Scrum ceremonies.

* Can provide guidance, coaching, support and facilitation to the team.

* Support individual efforts, address any issues that arise, and remove obstacles to help individuals be focused and productive.

* Can ensure that the team has solid processes and good discipline in place.

* Ensure that the team drive their deliveries with quality, innovation and customer satisfaction at heart.

* Are able to facilitate discussions in and outside of team.

* Are degree educated in a relevant subject
