Job Description: About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line Support with Office 365 & SharePoint experience to join the IT team at Maria Mallaband Care Group.

Location: Maria Mallaband Care Group Limited, Westcourt, Gelderd Road, Leeds LS12 6DB

40 hours per week – Salary is negotiable at interview

*Based at our head office in Leeds with some travel*

Reporting to the IT director, you will join our IT department as a 2nd Line Support with Office 365 & SharePoint experience, offering support of our Office 365 & Sharepoint systems across 80+ sites, over 500 users in the UK.

We are in an exciting position to be changing our systems from another hosted Office provider to Office 365, so you work closely with core stakeholders to understand their requirements. Your role as 2nd line support will be to deliver high quality technical support on O365 & SharePoint issues raised through a ticketing system.

About You
Strong knowledge of Office 365 & SharePoint
At least 2 years working in an IT Role
Administration skills within Office 365
Have strong communication and motivational skills
Be comfortable with regular visits to Care Home sites, located all over the UK
Firewall – Preferably Cisco Meraki
Experience of Azure AD
Hands-on networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
Have the ability to deliver training to groups of staff and on a one to one basis
Ability to use other applications within Office 365 and roll out for the needs of the business
Engage end-users in all products within Office 365
If a knowledge of sharegate or similar migrating tool is an advantage
Be able to work to timescales
Satisfactory Disclosure completion upon successful application
Have a clear UK driving license
